OK..so the first week of our challenge went OK. I did pretty good eating well all week until last night at date night--couldn't resist popcorn at the movie and sushi. I didn't make it to the gym nearly as much as I would have hoped because I had to work crazy hours this week, but did get some quality time in with our new Wii Fit. One baby step at a time and I'll get there!! A friend challenged me to do a 5K with her this spring--it has been a goal of mine for while. Seriously thinking about it, but I have a long way to go!!!

Keep at it! We're doing the same thing at the Rennie house. I'm making the whole family (including myself) get a half hour a day of excercise! Val is up on the treadmill right now.(I feel like a drill seargent)
By the way - No one can resist Sushi and Movie Popcorn anyway!

and the first week was by far the worst. ;)
I don't think I'll ever love exercise but I definitely like the way it makes me feel.

I am excited about the snow coming and the cold weather, but I am looking forward to warmer weather so I can ride my NEW BIKE!!!!!
