I am sad to say that boot camp is over! We were scheduled to have our final weigh-in and testing last week and ended up getting sick (perhaps from the poo-water) and had to take it this week! I have not paid attention to "numbers" throughout this because this was not my goal rather for fitness and motivation, but I'll admit I am pretty happy with the results!
During 6 week Boot Camp:
14 lbs Lost (Total since Feb--32lbs!)
Decrease of 7% of my Body Mass--I am assuming there is lots of muscle there now!
The best is that I was able to bring my cholesterol down 20 points from "High" to "Borderline High", so still some work there.
As for testing, I was vastly improved in all areas--running, push-ups, sit-ups and flexibility. I did horribly the first week on this, so I had no choice but to improve :-).
***Another high note was that many of my fellow boot campers came to cheer me on while I did my testing. I was so touched and moved that they took time out of their busy lives to come--that was such a blessing to me!!
